The service was very good, especially because you kept me informed of the progress and issues at each step. Customer service feedback that is professional and patient with the customer in the stressful moments after realizing that key data in one's life (which is increasingly digital) can be all gone in a second is very important. Hopefully I won't let my data be destroyed again but it anything like this happens again I'll try the Cannan service!
