

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE DISK DRIVE BE PACKAGED PROPERLY TO ENSURE THAT MORE DAMAGE DOES NOT OCCUR DURING SHIPMENT. THIS WILL ASSURE THE GREATEST CHANCE FOR DATA RECOVERY:
Step 1: Place the unit(s) in an anti-Static bag if possible.
Step 2: Pack the drive in a proper box, at least 2 times the size of the drive. Use bubble wrap, foam, styrofoam nuggets in the box, make sure the device is well separated from this packeging materials.
Step 3: Sign and include the completed order form print and submit online
Step 4: Write your return address on the outside of the box.

Step 6: Ship the package: FedEx, DHL, Certified U.S. Postal Service, courier, or any other traceable method.
Step 7: Send tracking number to Canaan, email address is: support@CanaanData.com.
Step 8: Wait for notification of Canaan about package arrival.
